  1. I’ve never seen this method of making couscous. Tunisians steam couscous and we add cooking water or stock to the couscous to give it flavour. Also using it to make a stir fry reminds me of how in Peru they use quinoa for a egg fried rice type dish called ‘chaufa de quinua’.
